Culligan Salesperson - Oakland, MD

Full time position available, seeking an energetic outside Sales Person to sell Culligan residential water treatment equipment. Responsibilities include generating leads by collecting referrals, acting on leads, canvassing, and performing in home water analysis and product demonstrations.

The position is very customer focused where specific problems must be identified, water must be tested chemically and analyzed for impurities and contaminates, solutions must be presented and a positive, lasting relationship with the customer must be established.

 Key requirements include:
- Professional communication.
- Strong work ethic and follow up skills.
- Clean and insurable driving record. 
- Proficient use of prospecting methods.
- Coachable and like to help others solve complex problems.
- Organize inventory and restock needed supplies.
- Be willing to travel for certification, schools and training.
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for off-hours and weekends.
- Book, schedule and track calls.
